Planning: One of the most critical points in executing a successful implementation is Planning. Most companies want to sell you the equipment and install it, then get out of there. But not us, we sit down with you and understand your needs, and which route is the best way to go. Also we assist in which vendor would fit your needs the best.
Designing: With a solid plan in place we then start the designing phase. During this phase we develop which vendor will be used, what the time line looks like, and we produce a project plan.
Implementing and Training: The second most critical point is the Implementation and the Training Phase. We suggest that if possible we stage the new network, so we can make sure that once installed there is minimal downtime to affect your network. Once the new network is installed we incorporate training into the process so that your technical people are not only trained on the new data equipment, but are also trained on the specifics of their own network.
