Dean Jones has been in the technology industry since 1990. Dean started out as a hands on technical engineer, and worked his way up to management. He has worked in the local government, school systems, consultancy, and for a large international vendor. April Jones has been in the technology industry since 1992. April also worked her way up from being an office personnel to management. She has a lot of experience in the voice arena, and has over seen many voice installations and upgrades.
